The visit was amazing. Staff was great. I wish the receptionists were able to sit. They were standing the entire time I was there and I know from experience how uncomfortable that is. There is a way to have a professional ambiance while allowing the front desk attendants to sit. Also I paid for an 80 minute massage and it seems as if my time started at 6 which is when my appointment was booked, I didn’t get into the room until 615/625 and my massage was over at 730.
