Jocelyn has been my masseuse for quite a while & she always asks the right questions before she begins & she really helps me relax & I feel much better after my visit.

The massage was great! My massage therapist targeted the stress areas just like it asked her. The whole experience was fantastic!

Love this spa and am excited to continue me membership! Anita is the best massage therapist I've ever had. Each month I'm so happy to go there! The only thing that I'd like improved is the online form - sometimes it makes me select things that I don't want to and sometimes I have to fill it out multiple times (it's clunky).

Ok, on Friday night, I booked an appt for Sat Night. Samantha helped me with time options, before we settled on 6:00pm on Sat !! 6:00PM ON SATURDAY!! this was FaNtAStiC and Sam was very patient and pleasant. I arrived 10 minutes early and call, (per covid plans) Samantha told me to come in and shortly after that I met Victoria, my Masseuse. Victoria is both personably and professional! I started a new exercise recently and had some areas that I wanted extra attention. Victoria listens and just did GrEaT!!! at one point, it was a little hard (i'm kind of a SiSSy) I mentioned it and she lighten up and followed by asking if that's a good level! Left feeling relaxed and Very Happy!! Sam and Victoria! THANK YOU!!!!

The entire staff at the Troy (Maple/Coolidge) location are amazing. Sienna has been a godsend for my back and shoulders, and I am always telling people to book with her. She’s great!

I had a post op/injury massage and I felt so amazing the next day that I booked another appointment this week. As well, this was my first time doing hair removal and the tech was so awesome and made it fun when it could have easily been uncomfortable or nerve wracking. Even when I made the appointment they were awesome and kind about it. A+++ especially in a pandemic environment!

The spa is always clean. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Jocelyn is AMAZING!!
