The entire staff, as they always are, was outstanding! Friendly, helpful and professional. The do a wonderful job setting the tone for a relaxing, pampering experience. Mike B. is really an exceptional massage therapist. He’s knowledgeable and consistent. I can honestly say he’s one of the best I’ve had in the years of getting massages.

I got great customer service during my time at the spa. I felt at ease during my whole time with Daquan. He payed extra attention to the areas that I needed work on and he applied that right amount of pressure during my massage. I am so happy that I booked my appointment for him in less than 2 weeks.

The experience at Hand and Stone is always professional with the people and the facilities. Keito always does a great job and puts emphasis on the areas I tell her.
