Hand and Stone

When I called for a same day appointment, I was told they were totally booked. Samantha offered to put me on a wait list and call me if there were any cancellations. She did so about an hour later, and I was there in 20 minutes for my appointment! When I arrived I was briefly screened and had only a 7 minute wait for my appointment. The ambience was very conducive to relaxing, even before the massage.

The spa was clean and I felt very comfortable with the safety protocols. Taylor made me feel relaxed. She always gives an amazing massage and works on the areas I specify.

Massage was great! I’d definitely would make another appointment with him. He was professional, very nice, and knew what he was doing. Everything else was great too!

I was very satisfied with the precautions being taken for the massage appointment. I was called by phone within minutes of arrival that my therapist was ready for me. Mask use was being stressed and that made me more comfortable. I have always had a great experience with Keito, she is the best.

All staff are kind, friendly and very accommodating. This has been H&S’s strength consistently over time. I can always relax here. No pressure to buy product, but staff is knowledgeable if I have questions.

Eric, my massage therapist, is very friendly. He took the time to ask about my trouble areas and addressed them. Everyone that I encountered was friendly and I left feeling relaxed.
