I really just like the convenience with hand and stone. I really wanted a facial and I got lucky to book an appt the same day.

The timing was good. The massage therapist was wonderful. The only thing I don't like is that I have to pay extra for the deep tissue massage. At other Hand and Stone the cost is the same.
