Have used H&S before, and have had the same therapist. This visit was extremely typical. Easy to make; started on time; great therapist. Only thing to improve would be availability of more deep massage therapist that are similar. I have tried 2 otehrs at this locations - one too hard, one not hard enough - need more "baby bear" deep massage therapists to better accommodate my time - NOT a complaint.

I called last-minute and was able to get a massage right away with Sonia. Sonia did an EXCELLENT job - perfect amount of pressure and I left feeling "de-stressed". I would highly recommend Hand & Stone in Newtown for a both value and quality of servicve.

The reception staff was very welcoming and I always immediately feel relaxed in the waiting room. My massage therapist specifically asked what areas I wanted her to focus on right at the beginning. She then checked in throughout mymmassage about the pressure.
