Diana did a great job on my facial. She is a great asset to that location. I used up two of my seven credits for this visit. I would have liked to had gotten a final tally on paper, I was just told "it was all covered." Does that mean it came to exactly $59.00 X 2 = a facial and microderm? Or was my amount less than the $118.00 I paid in the two credits? If that was the case, I think the customer should be allowed to carry the balance over or be able to use the remaining money for the tip. After all, it was my money. Any thoughts?

I absolutely love my esthetician, Diana. She is always so knowledgeable about my skin, how to make it look fantastic during my facial, and how to keep it looking great with products at home.

The therapist was excellent. Since it was a deep tissue massage, she seemed to know exactly where & how to apply pressure. She was careful but applied a firm touch, which is exactly what I need to relieve my pain.

I brought my older sister in for a facial as my treat She has MS and she was very happy with her experience and didn’t want to leave she wants to return to have just a massage which I will be more than happy to do for her

It is rare but I got an appointment when I called. I’ve tried many times to get an appointment but rarely is an appointment available same day. I would come more often if possible

Cheryl is an excellent therapist. I actually have never had a poor massage at Hand and Stone. Professional and competent. I love coming here -- very clean, straightforward and always made to feel welcome. The price is right.

The staff was great, the place was very clean and the atmosphere was suitable for the cause. The only problem was that I booked an hour massage and it was only about 45 minutes. But other than that the experience was great and i would go back again.

Sonia was able to adequately relieve pains in the targeted areas we discussed. She asked the right questions and then did as we discussed. My only regret is booking a single vs double session.
