Hand and Stone

My massage was by far the BEST I have ever had. Shelly is amazing !!! I already re- booked with her!! On the other hand, my facial was mediocre at best. And I had my eyebrows waxed and my eye lid is burned.

The experience was fantastic. From booking my appointment over the phone to the service of the reception desk and the massage therapists. Our couples massage was wonderful.

Salon very clean and nicely appointed. All staff is accommodating and professional. Diana is very skilled. My monthly facial is something I really look forward to. Besides being incredibly relaxing, my skin has never looked so good!!

As I stated in the survey I was highly satisfied due to the fact of my appointment availability, I walked right in to my appointment and I was extremely pleased with the care taken by my esthetician Diana.

My massage therapist had a very solid technique with the hot stones. I've noticed everyone has their own method, and hers was very effective in working in my problem areas ( the placement and way she used the stones). I came out feeling very relaxed!

Hand and stone does a really great job the smell as soon as you walk in it's perfect the warm tables are awesome and the level of the music is just right. The therapist I've had the last couple of visits was excellent and very helpful

Very friendly and professional

The massage therapist was excellent, and the reception staff very warm and welcoming. They readily extended my session when asked, which led to a much better massage as I had lots of problem areas.

Hard to imagine much in the way of improvement - just don't take the satisfaction level for granted - keep focus
