I always go to see Lauraine at the Newtown location. She is always very friendly and helpful. I drive far a way from Bensalem even tho there are closer locations.

Cheryl was very good. She applied good pressure and did a good stretch.

Excellent massage by Joy. Two issues: -- had previously submitted a request for an appointment on the website, never heard back -- do not like sign at reception area concerning tips - I gave 25% tip and was made to feel badly that this was insufficient (understand membership is discounted rate but I expect most clients are on membership and sign suggests a 40% tip rate - always leaves a bad taste in my mouth)

my massage therapist Jan is excellent...you just need more essential oils..there are only 3 types...and when I asked if I can bring my own, they said yes, but I'd still have to pay the additional $10 which doesn't make sense at all

As usual, I was highly satisfied with my massage experience. The therapist was great and hit all of my problem areas. I would highly recommend a membership here.
