The reception staff are always friendly and make me feel welcome. The therapist is always right on my time for my appointment. It is a simple process to make my next appointment after my massage on the way out.

I absolutely love my monthly massages at Hand and Stone and I look forward to them every month. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and I have recommended this place to many people, my mom has even signed up for a membership. However, something that disappointed me that last time I came in was the fact that I was not notified that my monthly membership went up to $59, I was paying $49 a month in the past, I only noticed this when I got the receipt after my massage. This isn't going to make me cancel my membership, but the next time a price increases, it would be nice to be notified.
