Upon arrival I was greeted at the front desk. The front desk person was very nice. The estheticians came and and received me from the lobby. I did not wait long. She also explained the process to me. She explained the products she used and how it would help my skin. Overall facial experienced ... Very relaxing!!! Loved all the massages on the face, neck, and arms.
