For me, being highly satisfied means an exceptional experience. My experience, though good, was not necessarily exceptional. The table might have been a bit more comfortable, especially the face ring which didn’t really fit my face in its entirety. There may have been a bit more pressure employed in my massage, but it by no means was inadequate. There may have been a tad bit more enthusiasm, but the therapist was pleasant enough.

My only concern was that my usual massage therapist. Lillian, was no longer available. Peter was highly skilled, but the pressure was a bit painful at times.
