Have had other facials where more products were used and with more aroma; A bit uncertain about different products from website (lacked a good description and explanation of one over the other); While very lovely and very competent, the Esthetician was a bit hard to understand since english wasn't her first language

I was very satisfied with my visit. Each therapist is different.

I wish tip could be on card. Price increase makes it more expensive. Nothing additional

My massage therapist did not appear to speak English, and did not talk at all. Told him middle back, he spent time on shoulder's and neck. The next day was extremely sore and bruised.

The front desk staff was super welcoming and nice. She greeted me with a smile and had the same warmpositive energy after my service was complete. My therapist came out from the back and while she wasn’t unkind there was just a colder energy. She wasn’t very talkative and didn’t ask many questions during the quick consultation. She asked where I wanted focus which was great and she did focus on my problem area. The whole session just felt a little rushed. I understand personalities just don’t mesh sometimes and that’s totally fine! The massage was okay. I could tell she was knowledgeable and. The strokes just felt short and a bit rushed not long and slow like a Swedish normally is. She didn’t ask what kind of pressure I preferred and didn’t check in on pressure throughout the session either. I did sign up for a Swedish and it was light/medium pressure so she didn’t do anything wrong I think I would have liked a check in from her during the session since it was her first time working on me.

I was charged for a service I was not given & told I would be reimbursed the next day but I have not yet gotten my reimbursement on my card.

I feel like the add on like aromatherapy or scalp massages are expensive.

Somehow when I was finished and was dressing, my neck felt like someone was jerking me backward. The pain continued the next day and I finally put a heating pad on the area. I think when she was trying to 'stretch' my neck at the end, she applied too much pressure or turned it too much.
