Therapist did not confirm or discuss problem areas. Pressure was too deep until I asked for less. Therapist seemed rushed although total time was acceptable and accurate.

Hi, the massage therapist was attentive, courteous and professional. Suggestion for improvement is to make sure the time for service (e.g., 1 hour massage) does NOT include time for changing, consultation, etc. Client should receive the full time of service.

I had a Gift card valued at $100. I asked the receptionist if the gift card would cover a hot stone massage, and she said yes "You would only have to pay like 20 bucks more" After not getting a clear answer I finally said "What service can I get only using the value of the gift card" which was a classic Swedish massage. We booked that which was a value of $80 they asked for the gift card when I walked in and when I left she said you are al set would you like change to tip. I tipped the massage therapist and left. Im still wondering why I didn't get my gift card back if it was of $100 value and the massage was $80. Also I walked in for my 1hr appointment at 2:01 and waited 5 minutes then massage began at around 2:10 and she finished at 2:50. 20 minutes i didn't received that i paided for?? This was my first massage in a long time and Ive never been to hand and stone the massage was good but I felt like the experience was just based around their profit & for the price I wish it was longer (what i paid for), also wondering where the rest of my gift card went?

The massage therapist did her job. She said she couldn't do a deeper massage because I was too tight and this was a Swedish massage. She said I needed a two hour massage to work on the muscles being so tight. She wasn't a friendly person but I also appreciate not having to talk much during a massage as it is a good time to relax. She did try to relieve some neck tension.

Feel slightly overpriced and should offer 1 hr massage NOT 50 minutes. I get massages somewhat regularly and it was good.

Because no one couldn’t find out why my massage therapist February schedule wasn’t open! Still waiting on a phone call for the reason ! Therapist said she wasn’t on vacation or anything unless it’s a big secret that’s she’s leaving and not telling anyone

it has nothing to do with the location. Your technology stinks and your policies are borderline 'dark patterns' (charging an extra month on cancel e.g.).

I have to find a massage therapist and esthetician that works for my needs . I can’t always get who I want if they are booked out for awhile

I am basically happy with the therapist I have been using but when I compare her to other experiences I have had there is a difference. Basically I do get my moneys worth.
