My membership doesn’t show in my account and the employees of the stores can’t fix it. It’s inconvenient. I have no idea how many credits I have and no one seems to be able to fix it or care to find out how I can get it corrected.

The walls are very thin and 1/2 way through my facial I heard a man talking very loudly. The conversation was one sided that o could hear. Not sure if it was a client or an employee

I paid for a hot stone massage and was not provided this service. I would have mentioned something or asked, but had no idea how much time was left. I was very disappointed to find that the blue was up and the stones weren’t used… especially since it costs more.

I was using the spa in Wayne, PA for a while and they were letting me tip on my card and then later through Venmo. They also just applied the 10 upcharge for deep tissue right to my card. I got out of the massage feeling like I'm on drugs and I'm in another world and I guess maybe I looked like I didn't know what I was doing and it seems like I may have annoyed the staff. Not really a problem just I guess maybe if you see a new client who's had a longstanding membership it just might be worth it to explain beforehand that you don't all have the same rules or procedures or whatever. I was already embarrassed and I guess it made me feel stupid that I didn't have a reasonable amount of cash on me for gratuity but I've been going to Hand and Stone for 3 years and haven't needed it. I don't really know where I'm going with this I had to type something I'm just trying to be honest

had problem with gift card that I had, told it expired but the receptionist handled it so will try to use it next time. Also still unresolved balance on account that was never resolved - Covid happened and just dropped it

I paid for essential oil aromatherapy and I was unable to smell the oils. I know my massage therapist used some in front of the fan and some when she started my massage but overall the scent experience was lacking

Mya ppt started 10 minutes late and the actual massage was 45 minutes not 50.
