Facial felt rushed- not slow and relaxing on my face- way to fast, I shared the areas of concern for my massage and they were not addressed - AT ALL, music was to loud and songs to fast, not spa like.

I joined years ago at Langhorne, but Newtown had become more convenient for me to go to. At some point, my cc that my billing went to needed to be updated. When I was going to Newtown, no one ever notified me. I received an email from Langhorne and called to update my cc info and spoke to someone named Colleen who said she would take care of it. Not sure what happened, but my info was not updated properly and my account lapsed and I lost all of my credits. I called to speak to a mgr, I think her name was Connie and was offered no help. I rcvd an email from corporate "did we do something wrong" and explained to them what happened and no response ever received. I had 9 credits built up, and lost them all!!! SO frustrating since I had been paying all these years, even during COVID. I work at a hospital and it is harder to get an appt unless I book a month in advance, but my patient schedule changes daily so it's difficult to know so far in advance. I just found that no one was helpful or able to assist me when I called to update my payment and because of an error on someone named Colleen at Langhorne who did not do it properly, but account was terminated. When I bought gift cards in Newtown at Christmas was when I found out I was no longer a member and had to pay non-member pricing and by then it was too late to reinstate me unless I joined all over again. Nothing was ever offered from Langhorne to compensate me.

My therapist did not ask me any questions about what I wanted from the service. I am not sure he spoke much English, so that may have been the reason.

The massage was not relaxing as strokes were rapid and somewhat tough on the tender areas. I had indicated. She seemed to be on a set schedule rather than asking me questions as to how ai was feeling.Bed was very hot - I wanted to be cool. Also some nice infused water at the end would have been nice instead of a Dixie cup of warm tsp wster

Your recent price increase, along with an increase in suggested tipping, makes your services a poor value. The cost of a massage has gone up by a third in 15 months. I will look for another alternative. The increase in the suggested tip tells me that little, if any, of the price increase went to the therapist.

The massage was very good, but I was expecting more of the time spent on my back area. However, I wasn’t aware that my legs and arms would be included.

One of the employees pushed past me when I was trying to enter from the lobby and two others cut un front of me instead of letting me go first. Thought it was weird that I was the one holding the door for them. Please note IT was NOT my therapist that did this. It was the female staff.

Staff is friendly, therapist listened to my needs and worked on my specific areas. I felt very relaxed afterward and had less pain and aches.

I felt somewhat rushed and I think it’s expensive. I thought the suggestion for the tip at checkout was high and tacky
