Was a new person for me, each has their own techniques. There was no music on realized half way thru, and there was a sound, like work going on in another building sound, equipment sound. I miss my regular therapist, Petra. Now looking for a new regular therapist. Joy is not it.

I would suggest using essential oils on sheets so there is no smell from cleaning products. Every spa usually has a nice scent but not Hand and stone in Newtown Pa. They can really benefit from using oils and nice scents in rooms.

I usually see a female therapist but for the appointment time I needed there was only a Male therapist available.

I was satisfied.m. I rarely give superior rankings on surveys.

I didn’t like the pressure the massage therapist used. It hurt actually. Next visit I do not want the same therapist
