The only reason I did not choose highly satisfied is because I have had better massages at other places. It was a very good massage, just not great.

The staff and massage therapist are always friendly. You should not require the waiver for Covid. Some people don’t even sign it. I still do it because I am a rule follower. I would discontinue.

I got a facial that was great but done with rubber gloves. The gloves don’t feel great on your face. She told me it was for health reasons and more power to that. To be clear I loved the results and would go back to her again.

I was satisfied with my massage therapist. I rarely rate in the hgihlysatisfied category.

I have been getting emails regularly about times available for same-day massages, however, when I called to book, one they wanted a credit card stating cancellations would incur a fee. That makes no sense. You send an email in the morning saying you have openings that day and then tell your customers they'll have to pay a cancellation fee if they don't show up.
