Hand and Stone

I was booked with the wrong therapist , I wanted a Swedish Massage with hot stones and she was deep tissue which I don’t like!

The pressure on the massage was way too much and the therapist would not lighten up. I felt beat up rather than massaged.

Masseuse did not have fresh breath

I had some trouble booking an appointment online. When I called, I was not able to reach someone and had to leave a message. This is understandable and I am not disappointed in my overall experience.

Not sure why a 1 hour massage appointment was cut short to 45 minutes?

This experience was very good. My issue with Hand and Stone is availablity

The room was too cold. I think I would have been more comfortable if my therapist wore a mask.

I like the Newtown location more than others I've tried. I miss Silvia who left to live in Florida. She was phenomenal using hot towels to ease the pain in my joints. Jan is adequate, but not exceptional and she's the best one I've found at my location.

Asked for a deep tissue massage, but most of the massage was not a deep tissue massag

This massage was good but not great. The therapist was very nice but had a much different massage technique.
