The esthetician (heather) was perfect. The front desk people took my gift cards (meant for me and my mom) before the appt. They didn’t mention that I couldn’t use one of them until after services were rendered and we had to pay out of pocket. They said there was nothing they could do and it was the fault of the other location where we bought the gift card. It must happen a lot so it should have been mentioned the second I handed the gift cards over. The two people using the BOGO gift cards didn’t purchase them, so how would we have known the policy.

the massage was very good. I had deep tissue which was very aggressive almost to the point of pain but still what I needed to loosen muscles. I'm put off by the recommended tipping schedule. I would much prefer that therapists be paid enough not to rely on tips and then tips would be at the option of the customer, not an obligation.

The sheets have a chemical smell that is really unpleasant. I’ve noticed this during almost every visit

Front desk was great. Massage therapist was excellent. I’m displeased with management.
