The message therapist was very effective.

Overall good but ambience could improve experience from lobby to rooms- could add some special touches

I think I needed more massage work on my neck which has been a problem are for years. That will take more treatment

The massage therapist could barely speak English - very, very difficult to explain my needs and to communicate at all during the therapy. For me, language is particularly important. In this case, only the therapist's learning, or me always remembering to ask for an experienced English-speaking therapist would be the only viable resolutions.

I was sold the option adding a "rejuvenate" add on during my facial for a $20 upcharge. I don't think it did anything worth $20 and it was a rip off. I'm unhappy with being ripped off.

It was a nice time but highly satisfied would mean I wasn't sore anymore. I'm still sore but it felt good. No issues.

The massage experience was fine. Like the location, waited a few weeks to come in at mutual time available.

My therapist made me feel rushed leaving the appointment and she ended the massage roughly ten minutes early as we started ten-ish minutes late because she was late to get me from the waiting room. I told her two problem areas and she spent some time on them but not enough and not enough pressure.

I wish my esthetician wore a mask as she was breathing all over me. I believe the deep tissue massage was very good, but could have been better pressure.

massage room aroma weird, bothers me to have to pay extra for "aroma therapy", sound track not so hot- Chinese theme kind of annoying, I prefer spacier yoga music that adds to relaxation...the therapist did a great job, in general the facility itself was like a doctor's office (kind of sterile)
