It would be nice if the lights were dimmed. Also the massage lotion irritates my skin after the session but that is more a me problem.

Normally H&S is really good- tried a new therapist this time around and it wasn’t a fit for me but could be for others. The complimentary scent option wasn’t much and probably would’ve gone without it in retrospect.

I am very specific with my needs when seeing a therapist due to my chronic ailments. It is difficult to book with Silivia, my therapist. She's in such high demand at the times that I prefer. I would much rather go every month, but can only book every other which is disheartening.

He was friendly and pretty good at giving the massage , but overly talkative Sometimes, it’s not as relaxing then some silence during the visit

The massage therapist left the building and I had to wait another ten minutes for my massage, which started five minutes late, even though I had gotten there ten minutes early. The massage ended very abruptly, with no warning. He said he could do more if I had booked 90 minutes instead.

I was not given options to upgrade until already in the room with the estatision and it was verbal only. Not all upgrades were mentioned or explained.

My therapist is excellent and like nice calm environment. Only one thing, has been sent me pre screening under my husband name many times.I told manager and called to your receptionist many times. But no one seems to fix this issue. If you can resolve problem, will be very appreciative it. Thank you.

My masseuse was very nice, however she didn’t seem as experienced as I would’ve hoped. She only briefly focused on legs and arms. She needed to receive some more training. I have had amazing massages from H&S before, some think it was a one time issue. She did not offer any water afterwards either. I don’t believe it was out of malice, but ignorance. Maybe some more training…I think she did the best she could based on her knowledge. I was however not 100% satisfied, but didn’t have the heart to tell her. I still tipped her 20% based on how pleasant and professional she was. I think she tried her best with what she knew. I will still use H&S, and am hoping for a better massage experience next time.

The services have gotten more expensive through the years but the quality of massage therapists hasn’t. Facials seem very basic for the monthly fee & everything is a La carte. I do like the free upgrade they recently have for loyal customers though.
