The quality of the massage as a massage wasn’t great. I felt better after but it was a very strange massage (techniques)

The therapist was good however he arrived late and therefore started the service late (5-10min) but ended the service as if he had been in time

I cannot believe in this day and age that you are not allowing tips to be added to credit cards. I don't always have cash on me and I don't carry debit cards. I've owned several businesses, and I understand not wanting to pay the points on your employees' tips, but you're in a service industry. It comes with the territory. You are putting your contractors and/or staffs' livelihoods at risk to save yourself a few extra dollars. That is appalling. Your front desk staff went out of their way to help me leave a tip for my masseuse by using their own money and apps that allowed me to pay them directly from my bank account. All I can say is I hope the corporate office is able to read this and I hope the front desk staff get kudos for their efforts.

Massage oils should be scented w/ essential oil as a complimentary feature. Price rise from $59 to $69. Signs out suggesting a min $20 tip for a 50 min service. $10 transfer fee if I want to share extra services with a family member or friend. New $10/mo fee to suspend membership introduced early on in he pandemic, causing me to build up many many services. Used to be free to do so up to 2x/year. Rule that one loses services paid for but unused if choosing to cancel membership - ridiculous rule. If a service is pre-paid, it should be delivered or pre-payments promptly refunded. Especiallyin a pandemic situation.

I had requested a deep tissue massage but did not receive one. The pressure was too soft. That said, it was relaxing, just not what I requested.
