Very difficult to book a massage.. I thought the actual massage was great. The person at the front desk when I tried to check in seemed overwhelmed with phone calls and customers and she was the only one there. After my massage I tried to book another appointment with the same massage person and was told that she has no openings for the next 2 months.

The facility and people were great! I have no complaints. Would love some sort of package deal so I can keep coming back.

Therapist discussing her schedule with manager in the waiting area so I knew she needed to be at a doctor's appointment. Therapist had a cold, kept using tissues during massage. Then charged $10 before I left for a deep tissue massage, which I was unaware that I was receiving.

I wish it was more of a spa feeing. I was handed a hot towel( not sure what to do with it) at the end and no where to relax and get some water to rest afterwards like other spa type places.

I am assuming the receptionist was new but I do need to address the fact that I came in to find a relaxing environment and I was asked if I had a mask, I did not. The other customer checking out was not wearing one either. When I told her I have it in my car, and could I just borrow one from you, she reached for a drawer where I am assuming you have masks available, but instead asked me to go to my car. This is not a huge inconvenience, I understand the policies, and your website does say if fully vaccinated a mask is not required so that was of an annoyance to me. Other than that, she did a great job offering me the gift card specials and asking if I enjoyed my service. Thanks.

Enjoyed the massage but the therapist was not welcoming. I asked for the pressure to be less, he eased up a bit, but only for a short time.

Disappointed I have to wear a mask. You should not require vaccinated people to have on a face covering during a 100 minute massage. In PA, masks are NOT required so not sure why you have this policy.

The light therapy was not what I expected. It should have been described better, I did not think the facial was as relaxing as I would have expected.

When appt cancelled there is no follow up. No one calls back to reschedule.
