Matt the manager is wonderful his great customer service and the expertise of your massage/facial personal keeps me coming back. I was a little annoyed about your no water rule but Matt did give us a cold bottle of water and that was very nice and made up for the initial annoyance

Waiting outside for someone to call your name was the only negative. Left me unsure if they knew I was there or not since you weren’t to go in.

I was satisfied and will return. Joy was great. The only thing I didn't love was the oil used, it was greasy and the room didn't have the greatest music and smell. I like ambiance of calming sounds and maybe a calming scent also. Massage was great though!

The appointment ahead of mine was 20 mins late to arrive so my appointment was late not any fault of the esthetician

Highly satisfied is a high standard for be requiring something above and beyond expectations. My expectations were generally met, but not exceeded.

I expected that a N95 mask or at least a mask and shield (as I was told) will be worn by the esthetician during my treatment.

I had a great experience, but was not happy, because they are not allowed to use steam , which helps to open the pores for facials...

I was honestly more annoyed with the manager on the phone with the receptionists and hearing the whole drama play out through their phone conversations than the actual fact that my appointment started a bit late. I appreciated the receptionist allowing me to wait inside since it was cold out and no one else was in the waiting area.

Thought $99 for a facial is high...I had a gift card from a client. Thought the price was $59 not $99....Luckily i didn't have to pay. My clinician was great!
