I understand the COVID protocols, but there was no one in the inside of the lobby, but yet they made you wait outside in the freezing cold before your appt. That is not necessary.

All things considered it was really good. Would have liked a little more focus on problem areas and slower pace to the massage

I arrived on time but had to wait outside in the freezing cold for nearly 20 minutes, waiting room was closed due to COVID which I understand. I was not prepared or dressed to stand outside for that long. Also, we started late but ended on time which robbed me of the full experience even with a foot scrub add on. The foot scrub was disappointing and I will never do again. Finally, this was the first time my appointment was delayed so I am willing to give it a pass but if this becomes a trend, I will find another alternative. Finally, due to COVID maybe you should change check in procedures to wait in your warm car.

I was very satisfied with enestitcian technique but appointment started 10 minutes late. This is the 2nd appointment (out of 2) that started late (the other was for a massage).

Had to fill out prescreening questions several times. Questions asked wanted too many details. Receptionist didn't offer info on other services available. I was given a gift certificate that my daughter asked for a 90 minute message, told staff she was not a member and price did not cover time she asked for. She was miss quoted so I could only get 50 minutes and have $20 balance.

1. Too many forms to fill out ahead of time. 2. Too many "confirmations" include 1 email and 3 texts- 2 of which were the day of the appt- starting at 8:00 AM, which woke me up on the day that I was hoping to relax and sleep late (Sunday- my only day off). 3. Check out person tried to sell me several "specials" upon check out.

The room could have been warmer. I was a bit cold

The room was too cold and the music was too loud. But, I did not ask for either to be changed.
