I could not give my message therapist a top on my card nor could I write a check...I didnt have alot of cash on me so I was trying to figure out what I could do and nothing was working

First time ever in massage parlor. Would like little more instruction and or options. Staff was great and joined wellness so I’ll be back to try different one.

Was kept waiting outside in cold windy weather and it set right into my lower back and woke in pain in lower back next morning. Appointment time was 8 minutes late and was not advised, just kept outside in cold waiting. Then called in and rushed to get started.

Due to COVID I feel that you do not get the full experience. With the change in weather the room was cold. Prices are a little high.

The therapist was moving her hands over my skin too fast. I didn’t ask her to move slower but I should have.

My appt was scheduled for 6:00 and was walked in at 6:03. My massage didn’t start until atleast 6:05 but ended earlier than the 50 minutes. I’ve had this happen before otherwise I wouldn’t complain bc I know covid is causing delays. The massage timer should start when the massage starts. I was on time to appt but waited outside until I was taken in due to covid guidelines.

The check in process was abrupt and the gentlemen that helped me seemed irritated that I was there.

Due to Covid restrictions I was told to stand outside the building in the chill and rain even though there were no others in the waiting area. Also I had difficulty hearing the receptionists through their masks and behind the shield.

The massage therapist was fantastic. She was very perceptive and attentive to problems areas. The reception girls leave something to be desired. My appointment was incorrectly booked as deep tissue and i had to call again to correct the error. It would be more helpful to have a completely online method of booking an appt.
