I feel satisfied is a good rating. They could have provided bottled water on exit since the water cooler were off limits due to COVID-19. They got rid of the tipping envelopes for Covid-19 reasons but wrapped the tip in a piece of stationary so I don't really see the difference.

Some answers hard to answer because of COVID. My appointment was changed from 3:30 to 4:00 at the last minute. No problem. I arrived right at 4:00 and was asked to wait outside in the rain! Fortunately, my therapist, Sheryl, whom I love! Appeared and took me right away. Not a big deal..

I was satisfied with massage. Because I probably have more pain that requires deep tissue massage, that would be my only reason to seek massage at my Chiropractor office. Jeanine did excellent massage in that she gave Swedish massage.

Did not spend more time on my shoulder/neck area as i had specified at beginning to focus more on those areas

Wearing a mask during the service is very uncomfortable and difficult. I would have canceled my appointment if it wasn’t a gift from my husband specifically because you required clients to wear masks. It’s extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy

Waited outside at time my appointment was suppose to start. it was over before hour was up.

My appointed started at least over 10 min late. I had looked at my watch at 12:10 and was still standing outside in the heat waiting to go in. I had asked for a relaxing message, but I came out with aches I did not have when I went in and was sore the following day.

Facials are my primary reason for membership. I had a great massage but I want monthly facials. I enjoyed the massage but don’t get massage on a regular basis. I may freeze my membership until facials are allowed. Love H&S.

Overall I’m happy, but pressure was a little too intense at times especially on neck which is still sore today. Should have been more communication during message to ask if I was ok

The massage was a little rough and jerky to me . I get deep tissue all the time, The deep tissue part was not a problem.
