Looking for therapist with stronger hands like Kim

I wish there was a more spa life feeling throughout the office and massage room. Felt sterile

I was asked to wait outside and the next customer who arrived after me were allowed to stay inside (protected from the heat and sun). They were also checked in first and 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start I was finally welcomed. Not the best start for the experience

I understand the need for one-time use sheets, but they weren't the most comfortable and the smell was weird (but I got used to it). And again, I completely agree with the need to wear a mask, but I found myself locking my jaw to try and get some additional breathing room even inside the mask. Regardless, the staff was very kind and the therapist was great.

Just need to adjust to the “new normal” of this pandemic.

Nothing against H&S. Wearing a mask with your face down is not the greatest experience you would want to have. My therapist was lovely and did a wonderful job.

I wish the therapist had offered aromatherapy, hot stones etc. Also, I had over 20 packages available, and the reception staff did not ask if I wanted to utilize more than one package for my payment for my 80 min massage, just pronounced that I owed additional. I had to tell her myself to use a second package.

I was put off by having to stand outside in the heat to wait for my appointment. I also was not allowed to schedule another appointment and was hurriedly shown the door. It was difficult to breathe when facing head down into the headrest.

I had to wait 8 minutes outside by the locked door, when I was told to come to the door after I checked in.

I had to call 3 times before someone answered the phone to say I arrived and waited in my car until they answered. By the time they answered and I got into the room, got undressed, and the massage started, it took off like 10 minutes from my 50 minute massage because the therapist still stopped at 4:20 when my massage didn’t start at 3:30 like it should have. (Not the therapist’s fault as I know she had to be ready for her next appointment.
