Massage was not deep tissue but I’ve used this therapist many many times and have been more than satisfied before.Maybe she was having a bad day but the message was not her normal excellent work

When I initially joined there was no up charge for deep pressure. Now there is. In addition, the monthly fee went up. Also, pre-Covid, I was rarely able to get an appointment.

No mention of sanitation procedures, no Purell at reception and no discussion on your sterilization on the most fearful day in our country about Corona virus. Very dissatisfied with this.

They always give me a hard time when using a gift card. Every time I get a facial they have to charge me more and want me to buy expensive products. This is why I cancelled my membership.

I paid an extra $10 for deep tissue. I'm not sure I'd consider it deep tissue. I had specific areas I wanted addressed and I felt it was more rubbing than deep tissue attention. This is NOT the first time/therapist that has not addressed my specific areas or did not get "deep". Its becoming not worth the extra $10. I've also returned to previous therapists that did get deep only to have them be less than expected the second time around.This comment is not targeted to Mel, but applies to several therapists, so please do not target Mel.

I booked a deep tissue massage and the massage didn’t Feel any different from a regulated massage however it was an additional $10.00.

I have had better facials and the time was short about 35 minutes. Not particularly happy. The facial was okay but not outstanding. I shouldn’t have to upvgrade to get a good facial.

The receptionist told me at the conclusion of my apt that my gift card was only valid at the Feasterville location. I receive it as a gift, and confirmed via phone and in person at least three times, of the balance and its usage at this location. At the conclusion of my facial, the receptionist told me I would owe an additional balance for the facial. This was very unprofessional, and put me in a very awkward position. I felt very uncomfortable. She admitted to this being her fault, and told me a manager would reach out to me, which is what I preferred. She said the manager may call to bill me. Overall, it was a very strange experience and I don't know what to make of it. For the record, I have not received a call from the manager. Most importantly, I would feel very uncomfortable paying any additional money at this point. Particularly since this was the fault of the receptionists and beyond my control. Esthetician was phenomenal. But ended on a very awkward note. Not sure how soon I'd return.
