the therapist was a little hard to understand, she was nice enough, but I wasn't sure if she understood english well.

The esthetician forgot a piece of equipment and while it only took a couple minutes, I felt like it took away from the appointment. I was also not aware that they needed to physical gift card I was given and instead of stopping me before I walked out, the receptionist waited until I was almost back to my car and yelled across the parking lot. I understood but was also a little embarrassed

The music in the room seemed really loud. 50 minutes just isn’t long enough (booked 90 for next time) Not enough time spent on areas of concern

My esthetician was extremely kind and friendly, but I think she either left the salicylic acid treatment on for too long or it was too strong. It was very painful and at one point she had to go get another technician to look at my skin and confirm everything was 'normal.' She mentioned that my skin would peel and flake after this treatment, but today my skin feels very tight and rough. I do suffer from acne but did not expect the treatment to leave my face so red and sore.

Told her what I needed and what parts didn't need massage. I spent 40 mins on my stomach and most on areas I didn't need addressed. No balance in of massage btw sides of body.

The massage room had a portable heater that was louder than I would have liked.
