I was highly satisfied. Marina who does my facials is absolutely incredible! Very thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable. I also got a massage and that was still good but I did not find it exceptional.

The appointment started 6 minutes late and no one mentioned it. This is not the first time I have had difficulty relaxing there due to the noise coming from outside the room. I understand if it is guests, over which you have no control, but this seemed to be other people who work there. It is difficult to relax when people are laughing, calling to each other, and talking outside the room. Additionally, the music at first was not relaxing, although it did change about 15-20 minutes into the session to relaxing music. I know that is highly dependent upon personal preference. Perhaps a way for guests to choose the type of music and possibly a "noise machine" to block the hallway noise would help?

Regulars were called by name and first. Newbies waited at least 5 minutes longer to be called.

The experience was smooth and relaxing. An upgrade service was suggested and appreciated. The technician was very professional and helpful.

I came in for a facial and Heather was awesome! I asked about microdermabrasion and she wasn't able to do it b/c the machine wasn't working properly. This is the reason I didn't rate my experience as highly satisfied.

The therapist wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. Rather cold personality

I had 2 appointments, a facial followed by a 80 minute hot stone massage. I was at the location on time but my facial started 15 minutes later and so ended later. I felt a little rushed into my second appointment which was a massage. My esthetician did a great job with the massage, however I was not pleased with the fact that my 80 minute hot stone massage ended in just 65 minutes. I understand the appointments started later than anticipated but it was not my fault. I don't think I should be the one suffering for it.

It seems the deep tissue massages are becoming more about deep pressure using an elbow or forearm, rather than actual massage. And, the extra $10 is simply not worth it.

I mentioned to the therapist that she could apply more pressure. She said she would, but I never noticed an increase.

Face massage was frantic. Motions were super fast. Not relaxing. It kinda felt like I was having my face attacked.
