I loved Heather who did my facial. I think the Swedish massage with Tara was not the massage for me. I did share that I was having a low back issue. Was hoping more time was spent on that area.

My visit was a typical visit. Nothing was lacking. I find the service commensurate w/the membership program in contrast to more upscale salons. I wish the oil had a moisturizer element. I wish aroma existed in the rooms rather than paying extra for the fragrant oil. When I’ve paid for this add-on, I’ve smelled it on a very limited basis so I no longer add it. I would also like the option to be provided a headband to keep hair pulled back & oil free (like one’s used for facial). I bring my own.

I feel that you charge extra for everything you possibly can. Examples: use of oils, deep tissue. You only provide 50 minutes for the same price that most places in the area charge for 60 minutes. Many times it does not end up being 50 minutes I am worked on.

I think the prices are a little steep. I'm sorry but for the price I think there's better service at the Toppers right around the corner from you. Your staff is very good and I liked my facial. But the massages at Toppers are better, and no one bothers you about joining your "club" or whatever.

I had one appointment on a Thursday with a new therapist and asked for deep tissue treatment, but it was most certainly not deep tissue. I let the receptionist know that I was not satisfied afterward, but was still charged the 10$ upgrade for deep tissue. I returned the very next day with a therapist that I typically book with and would give that experience a highly satisfied rating all around.

The cleanser product is different than it used to be. The location stopped ordering the large size of moisturizer, only the small size was available. They did offer to order it for me but it seemed like too much of a hassle since I am leaving for vacation tomorrow morning. None of the three therapists I was looking for we’re available yesterday or today (I know I was booking last minute).

The receptionist told me that my daughter (who had just left) had left the tip for my facial. She had not. I will return to the shop to leave the tip as I was very satisfied with my facial with Diane.
