Therapist was extremely friendly but basically just rub my back, no therapeutic value

Therapeutic message was a bit deeper at times although overall very good.

It just seems that a lot of nickel and diming. Masks are extra, hand moisturizing during a massage, extra cost for everything.

The massage therapist could have used more pressure on the specific areas where I have issues. Also, from the time I arrived to the time I left was only between 50-55mins, not even the full hour.

I loved my therapist, I thought the aromatherapy would be more powerful and I wanted a more calming white noise. Also Felt the room could have been more spa like

Massage portion of facial was very light touch. Explained needs in beginning; would have benefited from having the knots in my jaw/neck/temples addressed properly with firm pressure.

As this was my first professional massage I thought the therapist or front desk would discuss differences and use of pressure more so I fully understood what would be more beneficial for my body.

When they ask you the type of massage or facial you’d like, they should absolutely tell you the added cost.

Satisfied is good. I’m not sure exactly what has to happen to be highly satisfied. I’m satisfied when I get what I paid for in a good professional manner which is what happened.

I had a facial a year ago and enjoyed the experience much more.
