Great therapists. Would like more evening appointment options. Overall satisfied.

I think paying 100 for a massage if not a member is too much. I have been to other places where the rooms are more inviting. I also feel that a massage should be 30 0r 60 minutes not 50 and the cost should not be more for deep tissue compared to regular. It's the same time. frrame

My facial esthetician was very nice but talked quite a lot. I would prefer someone who would be quiet at the time of my facial/massage service which would help me relax n de-stress.

Would like an area to re-tool after the massage... it is disconcerting to get changed quickly in a small cold bathroom right after a fabulous massage. No place to even sit and recover in the back.

My only issue is that it appears to be impossible to schedule an appointment on-line.

The center in Newtown, PA keeps losing their best massage therapists. They don't seem to like the business practices of the current owner. She is not very kind or fair towards them. Also I just found out from another member about the award points, no one every mentioned them to me and I've been going there since they opened! I have tens of thousands of points to use and never knew it!

Cash tips are very annoying. It means I have to prepare ahead in order to have the exact amount I need to tip, and sometimes I don’t have time for that. And why $10 extra for deep tissue?

I think the therapist should ask you if you want the table heated. After Awhile I said I was freezing, and then she turned on the bed. Also, I said the area of concern was my neck, and after she was done, I said- but you didn’t work on my neck. Then she did for a few minutes
