My skin looks good right after and I am buying products, using as directed. Every time I find an esthetician I like they leave. I hope Diana is there for next month’s visit.

I was satisfied but not blown away!

I was brought back to my appointment at 215 to change. My massage was over, I was dressed and paid by 3:02pm. I did not receive a 50 minute massage that I paid for. Before going in the manager assured me my massage time wouldn’t be effected however that wasn’t the case.

Everything is very good. Everything meets my expectations. That is why I give the rating of satisfied. I’m not sure what highly satisfied means in the context is you’re presenting it.

Highly satisfied would mean for me someone going above and beyond. Staff were nice, masseuse was nice, asked about pressure. During the massage there was a lot of back and forth to the room counter, therefore less massaging and not as much time spent on arms and legs that I have experienced from other massages. Regardless minor Overall, it was a nice experience.

It was not explained that the only service available would incur an additional cost.

The massage therapist hardly spoke to me. I felt like he was rushed to start and end the massage. The end of the massage was abrupt by just a stretch of my neck without massaging it or my scalp and face.

Services were okay. Rooms could be cleaner. Tip recommendations were 28-33% rather than your typical 18-20%

I have nothing to compare this too

High cost. Upgrade cost for deep pressure is not right. And the presumption of 18-20% gratuity is high for massage service.
