My problem area was addressed in a round about way. Still some shoulder pain left. Also ran out of time at end to work again on problem area bc much time spent on extremeties.

When I took a shower afterwards, I got a painful burning sensation across my back. My wife checked my back and found a rash. I am assuming that I am allergic to the peppermint oil. The actual massage was great.

The staff was very friendly. Their massage therapist was excellent. Overall atmosphere of this location was very pleasing and relaxing.

I was very satisfied with the experience overall. I signed up for a membership and will return. I just don’t give over the top praise on everything. Being satisfied is good.

I experienced vertigo getting up from both tables. Though your people had nothing to do with that it left me nauseous and it colored my enjoyment of the facial/massage.

The only thing was that the facial was only 45 min not 1 hour which is what was advertised. Otherwise it was a nice experience

The receptionist told me she could not schedule my next appointment because there was a hold on my account and I would have to wait to speak with the manager when she was in. The receptionist could not explain why. This was very annoying. All she could do was shrug her shoulders and say she didn't know. I knew it wasn't my credit card, it had just been charged, and that is something the receptionist could have dealt with then. I went in for relaxation and instead got confusion. When I called the manager on Monday, she told me there was no hold on my account, no reason why the receptionist could not make my appointment. The manager, in an effort to appease me because I told her how annoyingly inept the receptionist acted, she made some recommendations and scheduled my next two appointments.
