Hand and Stone

I was e-mailed to book an appointment online, and when I did, I never received a confirmation from the location. When I called to follow up, only a therapist who only does up-charged massages was available. This was the third time I was told that only a deep-tissue masseuse was available during the window I requested. The first two I saw left me in pain, but Larry did a nice job. I've also been hung up on and put on hold for 8+ minutes by this location. I'm cancelling as soon as my packages are used.

I requested a product a few weeks ago. It’s still not in. I was there for two services. Robe/slippers at first not available. Then, when given, they were still wet.

Would be nice to have beverages available while you wait for your service. My experience seemed very clinical, less spa-like.

Cost is expensive. Otherwise I would visit more often. Can not afford the membership or at least a more economical way to relieve pain and stress.

The technician was a little shaky and rough. Either his nails or the hot stones had a chip because I left with scratches.

The products to putschse are too expensive. There should be more opportunities to purchase the porufufts that are used at a reasonable cost.

I was happy with the facial it was ok not special.

I was satisfied with my experience, but it will take a little more time and experience to get me to the highly satisfied mark. I'm still new to the membership, and I'm disappointed at how expensive some of the upgrades are. I feel like the value for membership should be even better.

My therapist wasn't very friendly this time around. I have always had a great experience with you guys and will continue my membership

I really liked the therapist but I will booked and billed for 100 minutes and it was only 80 from start to finish. I also have trouble getting an appointment when I want. Those reasons on top of the price increase will probably be the reason I don’t continue my membership.
