It was a deep tissue massage which was described by the receptionist as very therapeutic but it was very painful. When I got home I needed pain killers for 2 days from my back, the therapist used too much pressure and a lot of hard movements from elbows.

I was satisfied but if you charge extra for deep pressure I find that question unfair. I had a deep tissue massage & paid your extra fee. I was satisfied but I would hope so given the extra charge fee.

It is annoying that you have not found a way to facilitate tipping for your customers thru Apple Pay or something. In an increasingly cashless society it seems you should be able to figure it out. If you were a one store business - ok. But you have so many stores. Shane on uno u- figure this out

Was not told on phone that the massage I picked (2 offered) was an upgrade. I was able to get an convenient appointment at Newtown. The Langhorne spa never has availability when I call.

Room for my Facial was noisy I could hear people talking through the walls and telephone ringing as if they were using hands free

I would recommend offering more than a small cup of water at the end of the session. The King of Prussia location offers a bottle of water.

MADE A PHONE CALL FOR AN APPT ON 09-11-2017 WAS ADVISED NONE WERE AVAILABLE FOR THE TIMES I NEEDED BUT WAS PUT ON CALL LIST FOR CANCELLATIONS SO I CALLED BACK AND BOOKED AN APPT FOR TUESDAY 09-12-2017 AT 630 ARRIVED 09-12-2017 AT 610PM TO BE ADVISED THAT MY APPOINTMENT DID NOT EXIST THE RECEPTIONIST RESOLVED ALL ISSUES AND HE GOT ME SEEN BY CINDY WHO DID A GREAT JOB
