i recently had an appointment booked, but had an emergency with my son and had to forfeit my session. I understand that there is a policy in place to prevent no shows, etc., but as a customer for a couple of years now, a one-time exception would have been nice.

The services were very good. However, the policy of using the monthly payment in 'service blocks' means I either lose money every visit, or I need to pay more at every visit - clearly not as cost effective as I thought it would be :(

Had an appointment with another therapist who I was excited to try as she was highly recommended but got a call she was over booked and I was suggested a male, my preference always is a female. The massage was 50 minutes not 60, ask if that was the norm. Availability is tough to get but good for the business of course. I want to decide if I want to continue my next massage hoping I will be satisfied. Front desk is helpful and nice.

Was highly satisfied - I think I may have hit a wrong button and this function does not allow me to go back. The one thing I would like to see is a better App. I cannot book online or from the app which impacts my frequency of visits. It's more of a hassle to call vs being able to see availability especially for the masseuse I prefer.

The massage therapist was the only reason, everything else was great. This was the only time I was not satisfied after my massage. Not friendly and an uncomfortable interaction overall.

The booking process needs some attention. I booked two weeks prior to my massage with no issue. I got the confirmation text 48 hours prior to (as usual) still no problem. The day prior to the massage... someone from front desk called me demanding Credit Card information or the appointment would be cancelled. Also, hard selling a membership. Even though I advised her that i had several gift cards. I had no problem giving a credit card to hold the appointment... however that should have been discussed when the appointment was made not the day prior thereto. Also, what if I was unavailable that day.. would they have cancelled my appointment? Thanks,

I was highly satisfied but my partner wasn't. He felt that his massage therapist was not systematic in the way that she conducted the massage. It was good, but he has had better experiences.
