Hand and Stone

I like to book 90 minute massages, but can only book 80 minutes, but pay for 2 our sessions. Not a good value! I can go elsewhere and get the 90 minutes or longer that I'm looking for!

Both my daughter and I have memberships are another Hand & Stone location. However, it is rare for us to get facials scheduled for the same date/time that is convenient to both of us. Since my daughter is not yet 18, we have to schedule our appointments together. Thus, it has been quite a challenge to continue to pay for a membership that we are unable to use due to availability of appointments let alone receiving service from someone that we like.

Had to wait 10min for appt and were no robes available. Managed well by staff but surprising to me.

Have had better experience .

It was a cold rainy day and the room had a fan running at the time and I had to ask for it to be turned off. Not sure if there was more than one but it was still too cold.

My facialist was great and I felt wonderful after. However, the extractions were painful for several days after.

I would like to see waiting area set apart from entry door. Not as relaxing with people coming in & out & activity at front desk.

I asked for some information regarding the membership program and felt I didn't get completely clear answers. I just wasn't ready to commit to a program without having all of my questions answered.

Was hoping to have all my blackheads removed but still have quite a few. Other than that everything was great. Also thought the price was a little high for the service.

I had my sister as my guest and it was not explained ei me ahead of time that it would cost an additional $10 to allow her to use on me of my services. Once I use all of my services that have "built up" I will be canceling my membership.
