Hand and Stone

My appointment was at 1:45 and my treatment was not started till after 2. I filled out all of the paperwork but the person doing my treatment did not know anything about me. I am 10 weeks pregnant and she had no idea until I told her. The only reason I realized I k ew she had no idea was because she recommended microdermabrasion and I knew that was not safe for my baby. Over all it was good experience I just felt like there wasn't much communication between employees. I would think a pregnant person's health would be a very important piece of information.

Don't like the sales pitch. Become a member, buy these products, upgrade your services. I get it but when I consider this something special, not something I do every day so I didn't need all that.

I actually feel somewhat bruised from the deep tissue massage. I was not reminded that deep tissue was an up charge when I booked so I was surprised when I checked out. Otherwise it was a good experience.

I received a gift certificate to Hand and Stone. The services provided were fine, but I don't like the attempts to encourage membership that was presented at check-out.

It was fine, but the massage therapist was not as good as Maria, the therapist I had used before. The music was pretty loud as well, but the therapist did turn it down when I asked. She was very nice.
