My experience at Hand and Stone has always been excellent. The receptionists are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Matt. The massage therapists are friendly, courteous and accommodating. Alex continually asks if the amount of pressure is comfortable for me even though I have seen him several times. He even asks which oil scent I would prefer to use during the massage. Overall it was a great experience.
