I can rarely get times I want. I cannot really plan ahead. So I call day of. I call 2 differnt stores. Seems to be much more difficult to get appointments. I have 7 massages I havent been able to use yet.

When you can actually get an appointment and the massage therapist not have an issue and get canceled last minute. It was a great message, it is almost impossible to book with her specifically and it is a challenge to get the appointment. Once you have the appointment and no one cancels it is a great experience.

Sylvia and Matt are great. My appointment on Saturday was supposed to be for 100 minutes but the person who made the appointment only put it in for 15 minutes. Matt and ‘Sylvia tried to fix it but they were unable.
