I called and was able to schedule an appointment. The appointment was the next day. The service was good and relaxing.

Lillian is an excellent masseuse who knows how ro deal with my troubke areas. The receptionist has known my name for many years and he is super polite and welcoming. He also makes great recommendations.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. My massage therapist, Mei Wua, was caring and worked very hard to address my issues. It worked!

My therapist,Lillian is a very competent therapist who works hard at relieving my pain. She even arranged to set up earlier appointment for me for which I was most grateful. She eases my stiffness.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. There was an occasion where there was a scheduling problem and the staff was very accommodating in an effort to resolve the issue. I will continue to use this service. I will say as an effect of the pandemic, it is much more difficult to make an appointment and i wonder if there is a way that members get priority or memberships are frozen as there may be too many members to service with the capabilities of the location. Otherwise i am a fan!

The location is always well cared for and the safety protocols and forms are very clear. The massage therapist is a long-time expert for my myofascial and other massaged needs. She is efficient and professional and carefully treats the areas that need work. The staff at the desk is professional. The changes that I needed in my billing this time were immediately and effectively handled.

Everyone is knowledgeable, its comfortable there and massage quality is great.
