Felt safe entering the spa, did not come into contact with anyone else during visit other than my massage therapist. Felt precautions such as social distancing and cleaning was taken seriously. My massage therapist was excellent at her job and always professional but friendly too! Only one I will book with. I was so pleased with the front desk staff as I requested to be placed on a waiting list for a cancellation....lucky for me there was one and they called!!! Perfect timing that worked out for me as it sometimes difficult because of my schedule to plan ahead. I really appreciated the follow through and grateful they called. Keep up the good work!

It was a girls day out and one of my friends therapist was unable to make it, they made every attempt to make sure out girls day out was nice they did find someone for her so the day was nice and did not have to cancel. Matt form the Newtown hand and stone was AWESOME! And the rest of the team was very helpful also.
