Very nice staff.pleasant atmosphere. clean,comfortable rooms.

Therapist was great and so was receptionist. I just don’t like waiting outside in the cold when I was the only person waiting for an appointment and nobody in the waiting room. Also I had to use the bathroom but had to do it right at the time of my appointment since you have no time to before the massage. You should be allowed to enter 5 mins before your appointment so it starts on time.

Everything was great!

Therapist had good knowledge of anatomy. Good pressure. Clean room.

The massage was wonderful. However, a forgotten gift card resulted in an additional charge to transfer credits for my daughter’s session. I have $950 in credits and gift cards at H&S. Front desk had the gift card #. Hitting me with another charge is unnecessary and excessive. My only options were to pay more money or cancel 2 appointments. This started my session poorly but therapist did a great job after.

It is easy to schedule an appointment. The ambiance is always peaceful and relaxing. The aesthetician and massage therapists are always professional and helpful.

I had a hot stone massage. The heat from the stones really sinks into your muscles. It felt terrific and I left very relaxed!

Excellent massage for both myself and my partner. The actual massages were not the issue.

The Therapist, “Lillian” was extremely knowledgeable and for the first time, I woke up the next day without any pain @ all!!!!!’ 😃👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 It took me a quick minute to realize why.... Then I remembered the massage that I had the day before!!!!!! I will DEFINITELY be returning to “ Lillian”. She was the first Therapist that was able to help me with my chronic pain issues related to Rheumatoid Arthritis!!!!! I thought it to be miraculous 😊 🙏🏻🙏🏻. THANK YOU Lillian!!!!!!!!! You are amazingly talented and very smart. I honestly suggest that ALL of your Massage Therapists should be capable of really caring enough and taking the time to genuinely attempt, as well as succeed in alleviating their client’s musculoskeletal issues. great massage and friendly therapist, definitely focused on the areas I asked. this was my first experience and was very satisfied, i signed up to be a hand and stone member. i look forward to returning and trying new services with my membership
