Felt my health was not compromised while being able to enjoy services. No wait other than necessary for social distance

Although my massage was excellent (hot stone), I was quoted the price of 79$ online (I am not a member) When I went to check out, the ACTUAL cost of my massage was 119$. I thought that this price was a bit high for a 50 minute massage. I still tipped my masseuse 40$ because it was not his fault and because he was amazing!

Everyone was very professional and polite which I’m sure, at this time with Covid some clients can be difficult . I appreciate everything I was told and paperwork that was required. For me it’s vital for your staff and me to feel healthy and safe during this difficult time.

The only negative of the experience was the intake form is waaaay too long. I don't have time to fill out my health history. It's a massage - not open heart surgery. Otherwise, great experience.

The precautions taken by Hand and Stone to keep the client and esthetician safe were outstanding. I felt pampered, rejuvenated and informed about the procedure and the steps she was taking. The following day I received an unsolicited positive compliment about my skin.
