Friendliness & professionalism of all the staff

I feel a sense of respect and initial ambience as I walked through the door. In some other franchises there’s an odor as it’s a component hand and stone does not have that.

Massage was so relaxing - loved the heated table and Music that was playing - the therapist was very focused and was quiet as she did the massage- very relaxing!!
