My wife recommended the massage experience based on her positive experiences at H &S. She has a spa package, paid the transfer fee and scheduled the massage for me. She told me what to expect from the awesome masseuse Lay and she was absolutely right! I had not had a massage in years but after the therapist Lay got finished, I felt amazing. Although. I had the wrong time for my massage and was 15 minutes late, everyone was so understanding and friendly. I am considering getting my own spa package!

Bessie was wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I am only sad that she is difficult to get with, I only had her due to someone canceling.

When I walked in the massage therapist, Hamilton, I was ready. I was checked in very quickly even though I booked my appointment by phone and forgot my gift certificate. They were able to accommodate me and get the massage is done.

Mark is an excellent massage therapist. He listened to my needs and worked out the aches and pains I was having. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

The aestheticians and massage therapists are very good and listen to my concerns, and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient for me as well.
